REFLECTION DURING WORK IMMERSION &JDVP

  WORK IMMERSION       During immersion it was really good i learned a lot, we feel so tired but we enjoy it. The first day we've entered to Mr. Dimen Shop we thought that our boss was so strict but he's not, he is very kind to us.       I learned a lot during work immersion  It gives me more knowledge about welding or other activity just like painting, cutting, grinding, and operating the machine. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have gained first hand experience in the workplace.        Another important lesson I've learned    During immersion is the value of teamwork. I realized that no matter how skilled and knowledgeable you are, you cannot accomplish everything in your own. I witnessed how effective the communication and support among team members can lead to a better outcome.       I am Nory Belle B. Lubiano, I am sixteen years old and I was born on 24th of December 2005 in Davao Oriental Provincial Medical Center. My mother's name is Annabelle B. Lubiano and my Father's name is Noe B. Lubiano. I have only one brother and his name is Nhel Jhon B. Lubiano. I live in Barangay Sanghay, City of Mati, and I'm a grade 11 student.
