REFLECTION DURING WORK IMMERSION &JDVP

WORK IMMERSION
During immersion it was really good i learned a lot, we feel so tired but we enjoy it. The first day we've entered to Mr. Dimen Shop we thought that our boss was so strict but he's not, he is very kind to us.
I learned a lot during work immersion
It gives me more knowledge about welding or other activity just like painting, cutting, grinding, and operating the machine. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have gained first hand experience in the workplace.
       Another important lesson I've learned
During immersion is the value of teamwork.
I realized that no matter how skilled and knowledgeable you are, you cannot accomplish everything in your own. I witnessed how effective the communication
and support among team members can lead to a better outcome.
JDVP
My reflection on our JDVP ,the first day we go to the shop at Don Bosco training center I cried because I didn't know how to do welding because it's my first time holding a rad and do welding. I choose SMAW but I didn't know how to welding, maybe I did but my heart beat so fast, when it comes to welding. So that is why i practice everyday, they say that the more you practice the more you become better.
